The Fastest Growing Food Chain and Subzero Projects

Guzman Y Gomez is currently one of the fastest growing casual-dining, fast-food restaurant chains in the world.  It was established in Sydney originally by Steven Marks who previously worked as a hedge fund manager in New York, and after moving to Australia, found there to be a lack of quality Mexican food.  The first store opened in Sydney, and quickly expanded across Australia, then globally to Singapore, Japan & the US. 

Over the past few months, Subzero have been busy working on two new Guzman Y Gomez franchises.  Contracted by Kyson Commercial, to install a Coldroom & Freezer Room at 2 x new locations, one in Cleveland and one in Yatala, with works commencing shortly, in Ripley.  It is a pleasure working with Kyson Commercial on these fitouts.  They are extremely efficient operators who are reputable for being dedicated to delivering excellent results for their customer.
